Truist - Tifton (GA)

2 /5 Brandon G.: Went here today to try and open a checking account. I asked a female teller named Ellison where to go, and she told me to open it online. I told her I tried that, and it didn’t go through, so she said I could have a seat and wait on a personal banker. I asked her about how long it would take, and she said there was only one there at the moment. And I was like “ok so we don’t know then?” And she rolled her eyes and said “how am I supposed to know?” She was pretty sarcastic and rude from the beginning, but this was a little much. I asked her name and just took a seat. Let’s just say I’m not impressed with the customer service and first impression. Then, after waiting for over 30 min, they allowed an elderly lady to skip me in line because they knew her or whatever. When this happened, I looked up at Ellison and she was smirking at me. Highly unprofessional.

5 /5 McKenzie Coffee: Thank you to all the employees at this location. I watch them work more harder than they are probably being paid for. We experience long lines because of the large amount of customers Truist have. Also, there are a lot of steps each employee has to do in order to assure the proper protection of our accounts as customers. Please customers, do not express your anger and frustration out on these valued employees who are there working hard for their families. Ms Ellison is just one of the many employees at Truist who has displayed such amazing customer service since the first day my wife and I met her. She alone with all of the employees speak to each customer and treat us like family. If you want great customer service, you will definitely receive it from the employees at Truist in Tifton.

5 /5 Naa: I had an issue I wasn’t sure how to handle, and Kiana stepped right in and made everything smooth. She was patient, kind, and really went the extra mile to make sure I felt taken care of. She turned what could’ve been stressful into such an easy experience. Truly top-notch service!
