2 /5 Laura Christine: My husband and I have used Robins Federal CU for years now and we only use this location to do any banking. This is the first time in a couple of years Ive had to go in the bank do complete any business in a while. In the past everyone has always been very friendly and helpful. My husband called for me and found out that they do medallion signatures which we needed for my Dads estates since he has passed and Ive been helping my Mom. He was told that yes they do and I needed to go online and make an appointment. So, I did and picked the Medallion or notary option for my reason along with a comment explaining I was coming in for a medallion signature for that my mom needed. My mom and I get there for our appointment and the girl at the front, who wasnt overly friendly, said it would be the branch manager that would have to do it. The branch manager came out to let us know she was ready and instead of greeting us she said I have a phone appointment at 3...she seemed to have an attitude and acted like she didnt want to help us at all. I told her that I had made an appointment online for a medallion signature and had explained it was for my mom. She would not look at me and asked if we had the documents we needed and then she let me know that since my mom isnt an account holder that she couldnt help us. That part is fine and my husband should have been more specific when he called and not to mention my phone number was listed if they wanted to ask any questions before I came. The reason for this long review is because I am in customer service and I am always happy to help every single one of my customers and would never be rude to any of them even when Im having a horrible day. That is never okay and never acceptable.
