1 /5 Ralph Lanciotti: Unfortunately when I had them do my taxes it was a mistake. The lady who did them had only been doing taxes one day out of the month. I was so surprised the little refund my wife and I received given we own a home. Besides that at the end of having my returns done she gave me a card where my Federal refund would go onto. Well, I tried using it tonight and it was denied!! That’s funny because I got a message told me the money was on there!! Very unhappy with them!!! From now on I’ll do my own taxes.

Tony is insightful with his knowledge, very detail oriented and he answer all my questions. When I first made an appointment with him he taught me different ways to invest on my kids future which was my main concern.
