Joshua Huff EDIT: I received a phone call from one of the local mangers and an apology. She also gave me direct phone number so I can avoid dealing with anyone at their call center. This means a lot to me, I prefer to speak to someone locally when it comes to anything involving my money. Previous: I called this morning to get money wiring info for my attorneys office... After waiting on hold for 15min... I was told "tell them to just call the wiring line" than hung up on...! Ill take my money somewhere else

Charles Smith Kathy is a very personal person, easy to work with, and I have had 3 different loans with them at different times. And I have fell short on my payments! A couple of times, I kept open with Kathy in kept in touch with her, we solve the problem with in a timely fashion with no additional problems. Kathy is a professional and a great lady to work with!!! Thank you kathy!!!
