Love how all the bad reviews are most likely from those that dont make payments correctly and have most likely been ofdered many opportunities to help themselves and wont. Staff will always help when they can. When I had an issue they kindly helped and they are always respectful they calmed me down when I was frantic. Love these people.

1 /5 Steven Doyle: I had my new motorcycle 4 months before it was involved in a hit and run. I was assured GAP would pay the rest. 3 months later they call and say I owe said amount. The GAP insurance they make you get AND pay for is useless! I had to pay the difference between after my bike was involved in a hit and run. RUN away from these high paid thieves!

1 /5 Janasya Reid: This office is CORRUPT! Do not get a loan from them! They will make you pay a high price to put money on their pockets. I have tried talking with the branch manager Hallie to resolve my issues about a balance that was paid by insurance wondering WHY I was still had a balance when it was paid. They got rid of one guy by the name of Jeremy who must’ve also been corrupt because I couldn’t discuss my file with him as he was no longer in the office. Once I began to question the balance the sent my account to collections and had another manager call to ask me not to go by the office anymore! Do NOT go there! You will be highly disappointed.

1 /5 Rachel Rayray: LENDMARK FINANCIAL SERVICES are scammers ., I only had my car for 6 months . It was in accident and total. My insurance paid off almost all the money . Only 96 dollar was left to paid. They told me gap will pay it . 6 months later they calling telling me gap never answer them and I owe they 1,000 dollar . How is that possible. You know why cause when you finance a car with them. Their isnt NO GAP & THEY KNOW THAT .THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT IN THE BEGINNING & AT THE END TO GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU LATER. THEY ARE RUDE ,DONT FINANCE FROM THEM . PLEASE PEOPLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE . I DONT EVEN DO REVIEW ,BUT I DEFINITELY HAD TO SIT DOWN . TAKE TIME OUT MY DAY TO WRITE THIS . THIS COMPANY IS *BAD NEWS"
