Amanda Goon I rented a home from at first the owner himself but he deployed and switched it to VHS Property. At first I wasnt too happy due to more negative reviews on property management companies around here but since they took over all the way to my move out date they were amazing! Valerie and the other girls were all so happy and professional. Stanley came out to do the initial assessment and again very professional and so nice. The walk through went great, no issue with getting my full deposit back. The whole time, if I had questions or concerns they were there. This is the ONLY rental company I will recommend in this area! The only reason we moved is because we purchased a home. When we PCS I will most likely rent my new home out and use them as the management company! Thank you VHS for you amazing customer service! Trinitee Walker by far the most HORRIBLE company i have ever dealt with by far. Past due balance from covid and i asked if they would move the past due to the back of the loan and was told me that theyre a secondary loan company that i will have to refinance the car so when i tried to do that i was turned down by MULTIPLE places since they dinged my credit so hard. They never report good payments only the ones that were late even after "trying" to help you out. They want MORE money after my contract ended and the car isnt even WORTH what theyre asking. Theyre rude and nasty to talk to over the phone they dont care about hardships or anything life. All these people care about is taking your money. NEVER do business with these people im surprised they are even still in business.
