1 /5 Jae Barrett: Applied and got approved, then loan officer stated I would need to use mytruv app to connect to my jobs direct deposit, however my job has configurations set up that prevented the app this company uses. I wish rep would have told me this before I did a hard inquiry on my credit report. Loan officer stated this company has no workaround, which they should. Very unacceptable, warning others not to get a loan from this company.
