1 /5 Zakiya Caswell: When you walk into the building, you are not greeted by no one that is friendly. The building smells like sewer water. & They are money hungry. Everyone in the building stares at you like they are on cloud 10. If you need an place to stay, I would highly advise anybody to not go through them. They act like they understand your situation, but in reality they really dont care. They just want the money & thats it. So please once again, if you need a place to stay, I would highly suggest you not go there to them ever!

1 /5 Cassandra Watkins: Do not I repeat do not rent from them my friend had a rat problem they did not fix it ceiling leaking by the light bulb and a stove that won’t even cut on top and bottom and they know about it but they had the nerve to send her a email to not call the property office about maintenance or things that need to be fixed or replaced. If she can’t call and they don’t answer the email or come out to her place how will anything get fixed? And the lady that answers the phone is so rude. I’m not biting my tongue this place is horrible when it comes to living conditions for people that look forward to having a roof over their head. Everyone needs to be fired. If I knew my friend had to live like this i would have just let her stay with me in my house I own.but hey you reap what you sow God see everything.

5 /5 Tamara Chambers: ***UPDATE***I CAN ONLY SPEAK ON MY EXPERIENCE AND THE ORIGINAL POST WAS MY ONLY ISSUE . I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH MY PROPERTY MGMT COMPANY. THEY DONT HOUND ME OR SHOW UP UNANNOUNCED. IF I HAVE AN ISSUE I PUT IN MY SERVICE REQUEST AND ITS HANDLED. I EVEN HAD AN ISSUE WHERE I HAD TO PAY MY RENT LATE (ONLY ONCE) THEY WORKED WITH ME. SO AS I SAID I CAN ONLY SPEAK ON MY EXPERIENCE.*****The fact a pipe bust In my bathroom 11pm at night on a Saturday and flooded my bathroom and the new carpet they laid and called the after hours line six times before I got to talk to someone and enen then I was told to find a nozzle outside and turn it well the nozzle so rusted it wouldnt turn. Then I was told well I dont have control over the vendor but yet my house is flooding. I dont have money to call a plumber myself because I paid my rent. Not to mention I was woken up out of my sleep dealing with this. I have never in my life seen such. Im completely disappointed. As of this post my bathroom has been flooding for 2 hours. I dont have anything more clothes or blankets to put down to stop the flooding but oh well I tried. I did my part. I do have videos and pictures. Now I see why renters insurance is so important because you gotta be able to protect yourself because nobody else will.

5 /5 Amanda Goon: I rented a home from at first the owner himself but he deployed and switched it to VHS Property. At first I wasnt too happy due to more negative reviews on property management companies around here but since they took over all the way to my move out date they were amazing! Valerie and the other girls were all so happy and professional. Stanley came out to do the initial assessment and again very professional and so nice. The walk through went great, no issue with getting my full deposit back. The whole time, if I had questions or concerns they were there. This is the ONLY rental company I will recommend in this area! The only reason we moved is because we purchased a home. When we PCS I will most likely rent my new home out and use them as the management company! Thank you VHS for you amazing customer service!
