1 /5 Trinitee Walker: by far the most HORRIBLE company i have ever dealt with by far. Past due balance from covid and i asked if they would move the past due to the back of the loan and was told me that theyre a secondary loan company that i will have to refinance the car so when i tried to do that i was turned down by MULTIPLE places since they dinged my credit so hard. They never report good payments only the ones that were late even after "trying" to help you out. They want MORE money after my contract ended and the car isnt even WORTH what theyre asking. Theyre rude and nasty to talk to over the phone they dont care about hardships or anything life. All these people care about is taking your money. NEVER do business with these people im surprised they are even still in business.

1 /5 Chip Hurst: I just paid my girlfriends loan off 6k. She was drowning with this company. She took at a 72 mo loan and paid 350 a month and has purchased this car many times over with the amount of money she has paid them in 72 months, then got reported 30 days late to the credit bureau for not extending her loan for more months of gouging. There is never a finish line. She didnt have any options at the time so she went with it and was sold a payment. Its like buying a car at 26% interest, basically like buying a car with a credit card and the payment is the minimum payment. The balance barely moves, then you have to extend. Take this as a warning. You will drown or get repossessed. This is as bad as a title loan in my opinion and should be outlawed preying on people that are disadvantaged financially.

1 /5 Shemica Hammonds: This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would not give them a star but unfortunately you have to in order to post. First the representative told me the company would work with me due to me owing only 1,000 on car and it would be mine. Two days later car was gone. I borrowed the money and made the payment as well as an 420 fee for car being picked up. Went to pick up car after I was advised by an agent and website also advise to make payment third party(Western Union) and they receive in minutes. Well to my surprise I was not able to pick up my car it is still being stored at the repo lot. The last agent I spoke with Wednesday informed me that I would be able to get car the next following day. Thursday came and no car. Agents are sorry, rude, do not want to do there job, put you on hold long periods of times and disconnect the call, think they can speak to you anyway, and very tough through the phone. I honestly do not know how this company is still able to do business. It is about to be going into the weekend and I have to wait till Monday. Monday they better hope they have my payment bc if not this situation has escalated big time. I think a lawyer, the BBB, news channel and anyone else that wants the proof and to hear about this company will. Am willing to open a class action law suit against this company. I have screenshots, messages and several witnesses to the calls. Do not use the company they are not worth it

1 /5 Alexis Hernandez: Horrible company. My account t was bought from another company. When they bought the account t more than likely pennies for the dollar because if not they wont make a profit my account with the dealership was completely current and in good standings. From the getgo they started to talk to me rudely as if I was a delinquent customer. By law when a company purchases a debt off the original creditor the only thing that can change is the name of the creditor. They did not offer free forms of payment online. The only way was for me to either give my bank info that the original creditor never requested or through mail and that would cost me extra money also. They refused to offer a free method for me to pay online without auto draft or for me to pay in person as I was able to with original creditor. Its been one month since I told them to come get the car. For the past 3 weeks Ive been telling them that they will be charged a $40 a day storage fee and yet they still havent come to get the car amd harass me daily.
