Lamar Elrod At a time when customer service seems to be a lost art. Harold Ramirez has repeatedly gone the extra mile. You never know how good your insurance is until you need it. I was a customer of his for 12 years and never filed a claim. Then I had 3 different times I needed to call on my agent and insurance company. I was involved in 2 accidents and my home flooded.
