5 /5 matt wood: I have both my personal and business account here. A couple years ago, they asked me if I wanted to transfer over to them. And after they came through with their offer of getting my business its own line of credit, having a very secure merchant service with NO third party adding on more fees, and a live person to talk to if and when I had to call the customer service center...my business banking is much more enjoyable. The tellers are always helpful and the local manager Kimberly has been on par with delivering any help weve needed. Were very happy with the Stephens/Toccoa location

5 /5 Melindas Makeup Madness: I must say this bank is AMAZING!! Alex Andrews (manager) & Kimberly recently helped me with a loan to purchase a car for my daughter. I sent the sale sheet in on Thursday night & Friday morning at 9:30am received an email from Kimberly asking what time i could come sign the paperwork. it was Fastastic!! When we arrived, Alex took us back and had us out the door in 20 minutes. He even helped me set up a starter account to get my daughter’s credit established. These guys are serious, friendly and there to help! No joke! I tried my credit union where my savings is and they literally took 2 weeks to answer an email. In this market, when you find a vehicle, you definitely CANNOT wait 2 weeks just to get a question answered. When we moved to Toccoa a couple of years ago people recommended FCB to me and i am so glad I listened. Everyone i talk to now, i always recommend FCB. I will be needing a vehicle for myself this next year and I already have piece of mind knowing my bank will be there for me. If you are needing a bank, loan or a mortgage or any financial needs… this is the bank you want in your corner. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
