Samantha Poccia Great business. You can choose from brass or silver and have a name or word custom made within an hour. I got two silver rings with my children’s names and they came out beautifully. They were finished within the hour that was anticipated. I highly recommend this as a great souvenir and keepsake. Prices were reasonable at $42 per ring.

Lux DeeLight Kinsey I stopped by Kay jewelers to get what I thought was a new battery for my vintage watch. Dina immediately warmly greeted me when I walked in the store and asked how she could help. She was very complementary of my watch and took it back to see about changing the battery. When she returned, she explained the battery is old-fashioned and it does not need a battery. She kindly impatiently explain how the watch worked So now I can confidently wear my vintage watch and keep it working. She didn’t charge me anything for her services, and gave me a thorough explanation of the features. She was able to identify on my vintage watch. My day is brighter And I’m more knowledgeable because of Dina.

I was transparent and told her I was just browsing, and despite that she treated me with the utmost importance. While she was preparing my beverage, Vincent got me set up and pulled the pieces I was interested in! When he found out I was a jeweler, he started showing me pieces that exhibited beautiful innovated craftsmanship. Both Vincent and Bianca were warm and provided an exceptional experience that tailored to me both as a customer and as a jeweler; they treated me with respect and value! And I cannot forget to mention their security detail! He was just as polite and warm! Everyone in this store has a high level of emotional intelligence and brand knowledge.
