Starting from me just looking, to me changing ideas around, to finally finding the perfect ring and placing the order. Start to finish Rachel was patient, polite, and very helpful. She went as far as to sit down with me at a computer and customize what I was looking for from the ground up. Then to top it off, she went above and beyond to even reply to my text messages on her day off. The rings had to be re-sized from a size 9 down to a size 6 to fit my fiance. The owners make and design their own rings, so re-sizing was a piece of cake for them.
