Katrina Slater I had an amazing experience at Shalimar! My son’s necklace had a broken clasp, and I brought it in to see if they could fix it. Not only did they repair it quickly, but they also refused to charge me for it! Their kindness and generosity truly made my day. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly care about their customers. Neal and Neal’s father were both a huge help! I’ll definitely be coming back for any future jewelry needs. Highly recommend!

Milkshake I guess no one know what they talk in the store. I called for return and asked if I need a physical card or not. The lady said You DON’T need it. just talked about 30 days policy. When i go there, the manager said you need the card. I mentioned the phone call. This is what all of them told me; You did not talk to me. Okay so who I talked to??? a ghost or what?? Pandora just sucks

Dustin Oprea Theyre very kind. The jewelry on hand is the result of buying and selling according to demand, usually resulting in lots of handpicked, one-off original items with a story. Most of it is very beautiful. Bruce and Jean really care a lot about their customers, and really care that the craftsmanship of the stones, settings, and the work they do for you lasts. We got my wifes engagement ring and wedding ring, and my own wedding ring, from there. When I was shopping around, it was important to me that I didnt just get something mass-produced and overpriced, but beautiful and unique with a history. Plus, I was completely ignorant and she was more than happy to give me a complete education. It was a perfect experience and exactly what i was looking for. We came in several times after for a free cleaning for her.

Wildar Palanque Such wonderful people! Firstly, they were very welcoming as soon as I came into the place. They repaired my heart bracelet and cleaned and adjusted the clasp on the other. Definitely will not hesitate on utilizing them again. They have a selection of beautiful jewelry as well. They really know their stuff.

Jerry Stout Have had several watch batteries replaced here. Courteous and efficient. When one of my watches did not work correctly, they put another battery in, even though the battery showed it was fine. Nice selection of Jewelry too. Plus as an added bonus they work on antique clocks and watches.

Venus Thomas I’ve walked by this store almost always when I visit Tallahassee, but not yesterday I walked in and the jewelry was astonishing. Prices vary, but affordable. The store clerk was very helpful and she offered me a bottle of water after my purchase. I will be coming back❤️
