1 /5 Brian Leibowitz: These are not honest jewelers! I purchased some earring setting from them to reset my earrings. Instead of putting them in the new setting, they just took my earrings in the old setting and just shoved them into the new setting. A few weeks later, I realized what they did and asked them to fix it. They told me it was my own problem and I should have realized the mistake when I picked them up. The owner put her finger in my face and told me the customer is not always right. She made a huge scene. Very unprofessional. I am now stuck with earrings that were not properly set after paying a lot of money. Shame on these people. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

5 /5 Dustin Oprea: Theyre very kind. The jewelry on hand is the result of buying and selling according to demand, usually resulting in lots of handpicked, one-off original items with a story. Most of it is very beautiful. Bruce and Jean really care a lot about their customers, and really care that the craftsmanship of the stones, settings, and the work they do for you lasts. We got my wifes engagement ring and wedding ring, and my own wedding ring, from there. When I was shopping around, it was important to me that I didnt just get something mass-produced and overpriced, but beautiful and unique with a history. Plus, I was completely ignorant and she was more than happy to give me a complete education. It was a perfect experience and exactly what i was looking for. We came in several times after for a free cleaning for her.

2 /5 Scott Ginsberg: Heres the truth. They are dishonest and their word is no good. The two owners are Bruce and Jean. I bought a chain from Jean. Brought it back for them to fix because it had a problem with the clasp. Bruce was there and told my wife and I that there would be no charge for the repair. Two days later we come in to pick up the chain. Both of them were there and were arguing back and forth between the two of them and were telling me that they wanted me to pay for the repair. I said "thats not good business. Your word is no good. Without your word who are you?" Jean got all mad and loud yelling at me saying that she gave me a good deal on the chain so now she wanted me to pay for the repair. I said, "but your husband said it was at no charge. He agreed thats what he had said but then he changed his mind and said I have to pay. I would never do business with them again. I told them that it is bad business and she said fine dont ever come back here again. I said dont worry I wont and Im telling everybody else not to go there. There are other Jewelers out there. My advice dont go back to Diamonds N more, other Jewelers are much nicer and more respectful.

5 /5 Kevin Klein: After reading some of the poor reviews I felt I had to make my own review. It’s been a few years going to Bruce and Jean, but I have to tell you they are the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met. They always treated me like a friend when I needed something done or made. Bruce was always helpful with custom designs and has always been honest with me. Like I said it’s been a while since I’ve needed new jewelry, but now that I need something again I will be going back to see him. Remember there are two sides to bad reviews. Normally bad reviews come from a unhappy client that always wants something for free because they did something wrong, and tries to blame the other party. That’s the way the world is today. Such a shame.

1 /5 Pearl Lourie: I am appalled at the lack of professionalism by the owners of this booth. I wanted to purchase a 14k gold chain for a pendant I recently had made. I was greeted and a lovely woman tried to find a suitable chain. The owner Jean stepped in and asked if I had the pendant. She said " I am a yenta" let me see. Jean then proceeded to tell me the piece was poorly made. I did not ask for an appraisal or opinion. I do NOT recommend this merchant. If I had read the reviews I would never have stopped at this booth. When I shared my discomfort with her denigrating another vendor she told me I had " an attitude" . Extremely poor customer relations. I feel sorry for the woman who works for her. Again dont do business with Diamonds n" More.
