1 /5 Aaron Berry: Ive been in this place a few times. They have sized some watches for me but I havent bought anything from there. I went in the other day to sell a piece and I had in mind what I was willing to take for it. My wife was actually the one that went in with it first and when she told them it was mine they said I needed to come in with my DL so I could sell it. That was fine with me. I asked my wife how much they offered and even though they were low balling me on it, it was enough for me to purchase another piece of jewelry that I was after. So I went in. She told me the same amount that she told my wife. I asked one of the girls if I could just do a trade for a silver necklace. Thats what I was going to purchase with the money anyway. The owner lady..(Im assuming thats who she is..) came out with the same look on her face that Amanda described in her review. This lady came out from the back and decided to give me this condescending speech about how she just want to do right by me and she wants us to be "friends" but when I asked the girl about a trade this lady said she wanted my piece of gold plus an additional 50.00 for her silver necklace. I thought about it and I said no thanks. I knew that I could get the same necklace at several different places for less that half that. So....when I said no to giving her my gold (which was worth a whole lot more) plus 50 foe her necklace I guess she got offended and then offered me less for the gold then what she originally told me....lol. Ive always tried to support local businesses but its times like this that make me realize you cant do that....and that its better to just drive to someone else that will treat you better. So...crystal river, gainesville, lake city anywhere other than this place will get my business from here on out! Update: this is how a owner professionally responds to a review! Salvage yard Aaron Berry 4 days ago Went in to buy a rear axle for my truck. Paid to have them take it off. They said they had a few things to do in front of mine but that they would get to it. I asked when he thought that would be and he said it might not be today but we will call you. I said ok what about tomorrow? I really need to get that axle? He said we will call you. I went back the next morning to find out the status and I was willing to wait for it and it was then that I found out that the guys that pull the parts dont work on the weekend. That had plenty of chances to tell me that the day before and no one bothered to let me know. When I asked this time when I could expect to have it instead of them just telling me that it would be the next week the guy just said come around to this window and you can have your money back and he was extremely rude about it. Then....to top it off the woman that issued the refund said I told you yesterday that they dont pull parts on the weekend this woman never told me that....no one told me that...it was then that I realized her boss was standing behind he when she said that.....they are liars and they have no clue what they are doing...... Ill gladly drive to Jax or Orlando to a u pull it I dont care how long of a drive it it......this place used to be a great place to go... Response from the owner 11 minutes ago Hi Aaron. I came in for a sterling silver bail for my pendant and not only did she find the perfect one but she also attached it to my pendant and made sure it was secure. All that for only $10, I couldnt have asked for more! Bejeweled is the place you want to go to for your jewelry needs!

5 /5 Come Wheelin’ with John & Christie Wheeler: I had a wonderful experience here! All of their staff was welcoming and I felt very comfortable with them. I brought in a cross pendent that had been run over in a driveway several times and they were able to repair/replace diamonds. Such a beautiful final product! In addition, they were also able to give me an appraisal for my insurance. Thank you all so much! 100 percent trustworthy!
