5 /5 B S: I always have a great experience at polka dots. Most recently I was buying a gift. All the ladies were nice and helpful in making suggestions. I love this boutique and will definitely shop here again. Also the packaging is beautiful!!! Thanks Gabrielle and PG for your help!

1 /5 Fulbio Morales: Rip off fraud product!!! Ruined Valentine’s Day completely for me and my wife. I bought my wife a bracelet and charm less than 14 days ago came to exchange it or get a refund due to it being tarnished and fading. I was told I could not do that because they could not resell it. I explained they said we could shower with it and it wouldn’t tarnish and it did in less than two weeks; mind you as I’m having this combo they are giving the FRAUD SPIEL TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER WONT TARNISH FADE YOU CAN SWIM SHOWER ETC WITH IT. Their return policy is 30 days not even 30 days and the product ruined. How do you not take any accountability. Spoke to the regional manager and he denied the refund or exchange. Worst service I ever received. Ruined Valentine’s Day for my wife who just had a baby. Terrible this why supporting small businesses is so hard they rip you off.

1 /5 Lymaris Correa: Terrible service bought a bracelet and two weeks later turned color. Asked if I could get an exchange credit anything nothing. I was explained they can’t resell it that I have to keep it damaged. I would never recommend buying something here. The owners completely don’t take ownership or responsibility. Had my receipt two weeks and asking me if I did anything ? Like what to where it it turned black two weeks later ?!?! Awful service after telling the customers in front of me the jewelry will not tarnish fade and they can shower with it. What a joke !!!!

5 /5 Jan Rain: Love this store and the service!! I’m a client since 8 years ago and the jewelry is beautiful and excellent quality. I have a lot of Pandora and have been collecting charms for years. I take care of it the way they tell me and my pieces from years ago still look brand new. I highly recommend this store, five stars!
