Tufi Brigadorski I had the pleasure of meeting with Daniel for the first time today, and, I was immediately impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, friendliness, and business acumen. It cannot be overstated, nobody offers a better deal, nobody! Firstly, although I initially missed him by phone call, he sent me a text message to let me know that he had missed my call and looked forward to connecting with me. No other jewelry business I have worked with has gone this extra step to make my inquiry feel this valuable. When I arrived to his office, I instantly felt that I was in the presence of a sincere and trustworthy businessman. He greeted me and confirmed our appointment, then invited me in. The office space is adorned with tasteful art, my favorite pieces being the peacock ornaments and the statue of the Greek goddess (Athena?) When I sat down with him, he spoke to me as if I were a friend, he explained to me certain things about the business that I never heard before, which strengthened my understanding of why some other jewelers conducted themselves the way that they did. Needless to say, Daniel went above and beyond to distinguish my experience from the others, and, it cannot be overstated - his deals *will not* be beaten. He accepted my initial proposal, which, honestly, stunned me a bit, since no other jeweler in my area came close! Reed My recent visit to Kempfs Jewelers was truly outstanding, and I cant recommend them highly enough. I initially stopped by to inquire about a few Rolex models for my family and myself. From the moment my father and I stepped inside, I was impressed by the immaculate store and welcoming atmosphere. We were immediately greeted by Aly, who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely warm. There wasnt a hint of pretentiousness, which, unfortunately, can be rare at some luxury watch retailers. Aly was remarkably patient, taking the time to answer all my questions about various models and how they would suit our wrists. She clearly understood how to guide without pushing, making the experience truly enjoyable. While they didnt have the exact models I was looking for in stock, Aly promptly added me to their waitlist. What truly set this visit apart was an unexpected discovery: a stunning, pre-owned two-tone Rolex Submariner "The Bluesy" in one of their display cases. I hadnt planned on purchasing one, and honestly, online pictures dont do this watch justice! I was genuinely surprised that Kempfs had priced this lightly used, near-new watch so fairly—a stark contrast to the inflated prices often seen elsewhere. It was in pristine condition, practically brand new despite being a few months old, and came with all its original box, tags, and paperwork. It was such an incredible find that I simply couldnt pass it up! Im absolutely thrilled with this impromptu purchase and have zero regrets. Beyond the fantastic "steal," the exceptional customer service from Aly was the true closer. Her professional, kind, and attentive approach made all the difference. Its a breath of fresh air compared to how Ive been treated at other authorized Rolex dealers. Im so fortunate that my family and I live close to such a remarkable jeweler. Kempfs Jewelers not only offers an outstanding selection of fine jewelry but, most importantly, provides unparalleled customer service. Ive already recommended them to several friends and family members, and I wholeheartedly encourage anyone looking for fine jewelry to shop with them. The folks at Kempfs Jewelers are truly top-notch! Jake Hubbard Great experience here. I had a platinum ring resized, an engraving done on an antique silver bracelet and I had my grandfathers antique ring cleaned and resized. They all came out beautifully and for a very fair price. AND, he was able to get it all done in just two days, which was important because I needed them before leaving the country. 10/10. Nicole Dolz My husband needed his watch repaired as well as his gold Cuban link bracelet. Ari, the shop owner, fixed the problem quickly and with such care. You can tell Ari truly takes pride in his craft. Ari is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and to top it all off, I got to meet his sweet girl Ginger, the sweetest assistant who made the whole visit even more special. It’s rare to find service this personal and thoughtful these days. We highly recommend!

Autumn Reid Stopped in looking for a small pair of diamond earrings for my bday. Had already been to several other places, and the prices at the other jewelry stores were ridiculous!! Luxor had the perfect pair of 1/2 carat diamond cluster earrings and they had EXCELLENT pricing!! Bought them on the spot. The gentleman helping me was polite, patient, helpful, and not pushy at all. Will def be my go to jewelry store from now on!!
