When I came into Rosenberg Diamonds & Co. to discuss the idea of having a Bridal Party Proposal for my girls I could never have imagined for it to fall into divine order like it did! Thank you Sara for all your help setting up and making sure that I didnt have to stress about any part of the day. Thank you to Jamie and Judy for always being so welcoming. You all made us feel so special. Now, the showroom area is stunning. Being surrounded by the most elegant, beautiful, colorful diamonds is an undescribable feeling. As far as Im concerned diamonds should be everyones best friend!! They made me feel at home and very comfortable with my choice in an engagement ring. Davids sharp eye and vast experience in the custom jewelry industry was very helpful! He had my ring ready within a couple of days and it looked even better than I could have imagined. To make this an even better experience, the customer service to follow was outstanding!! 5 /5 What’s Up: I tried many different jewelry stores and each time I thought I found the one, I was disappointed in not just the lack of them caring Enough about us as a client, but being treated like we are part of the family. I would purchase over and over again but, the longer I was a customer of theirs, I would be treated more like a dollar sign. My wife lost her tennis bracelet I gave her after our first of three daughters was born 12 years ago and she was devastated. So I needed to find a replacement quick because she cried really hard that night. I always wanted to get her a ring with something representing all three girls on it but didn’t know how to go about it. I heard many great reviews about Mr. Rosenberg and the way he treats all his customers very special. So I called Rosenberg diamonds up and Alex answered. I explained my situation and he said Mr. Rosenberg would call back himself which I was shocked. How often does the owner talk to his clients. So David did indeed call back and he let my wife and I come In after closing hours for a private showing. His personal touch accompanied with his unique ideas help us not only to feel better but we were able to pick something special out with his quality rare pink and yellow diamonds you can’t find anywhere else (see photo). To have all three rings in one with white, yellow, and rose gold diamonds representing all three girls was an amazing experience. He didn’t rush us to buy anything and he wasn’t pushy. He didn’t have too. His CARING personality and his AMAZING RARE DIAMONDS was convincing enough for us to agree with all the other positive reviews of not only how awesome ICE MAN is but, for us to not walk out of their without a custom made ring. His jewelry is really unique. I like the quality time he gave us that night. We were in his office a few hours. Alex is such a big help to. He oozes with professionalism and respect. Both David and Alex’s loving approach touch our hearts to feel like we were FINALLY part of the family. His office is really mesmerizing. My wife really likes the ring and thanks me everyday since we got it. She likes David a lot and I posted a pic of that too. This is a “Diamond in the rough” for Boca and deserves more great reviews like this. I will be going back for more. One more thing. David works with all types of budgets and makes everyone feel like a celebrity. Thank you again Mr. Rosenberg. I had to add to this review because I went back for more. I can’t say enough about David and what he did for my wife. My wife loved the ring David had for her when her original engagement ring broke. My wife fell in love with this ring. Second time in three months she had to get something from him. It’s starting to become an addiction. The heart shape ring is amazing looking and I recommend everyone to go see David to buy one.
