M L Went into Cordova Mall location initially to replace my damaged bracelet and the manager, Heather, was fantastic. She was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the ongoing promotions and products available. I was a indecisive on what other items I wanted to purchase, but she was patient and assisted me in finding the perfect products. I had the most pleasant experience due to her assistance. I look forward to seeing her again on my next visit.

Lynda David is THE BEST jeweler! I’ve shopped there many times over the years, he’s very honest, and dependable., and very fair with his prices. He’s the owner and takes pride in his workmanship! Always a pleasure going there!

She then gave me a jewelry box and arranged the necklace so it won’t get knotted when I send it in the mail. To my surprise she didn’t charge me for the repair or for the box. Starting from me just looking, to me changing ideas around, to finally finding the perfect ring and placing the order. Start to finish Rachel was patient, polite, and very helpful.
