Aretha Watson Greedy. Said it would cost 45 dollars to sodder a clean snap on a sterling silver chain. We know silver isnt an expensive metal. Trouble if you ASK me. He said its because hes located in the mall so thats costly. Lol. No disrespect Sir..but thats ridiculous! Found someone who did it in a jiffy and 5 dollars. Greedy.

Ricky Leyva The store is a blessing with an outstanding customer service. All the merchandise are top quality with the best/affordable price. They do Lay-aways. So yes, if you dont have all the money still have the opportunity to set aside that beautiful necklace or wedding ring for your wife or husband. I highly recommend this place.

I had a new diamond set into an existing setting, the old diamond set into a pendant, purchased a chain for the pendant and had 2 insurance appraisals done at this retailer. Ryan Andrade Went here to resize my grandfather‘s gold bracelet. Even though I came in close to closing time, they did it right on the spot and came out to make sure it fit exactly how I wanted before soldering. Not to mention, they charged me half the price of what I was quoted at a major jeweler who also would’ve had to ship it out to be resized, which would’ve taken 2+ weeks. Excellent craftsmanship, unbeatable prices, and phenomenal customer service.
