My wife and I have bought about a dozen unique pieces from Bay Hill ranging from rings, necklaces, ear rings, and even my Monte Blanc which I adore. You cant go wrong at Bay Hill Jewelers.

5 /5 Misa Nguyen: Nothing but good things to say about Bay Hill Jewelers, my fiance and I worked with Jeff for a custom engagement ring and its so much better than I had imagined. Communication was top notch, the CAD renderings were sent to us so timely and he worked with my partners budget as well as our own diamond. I absolutely love my ring I highly recommend working with a local jeweler like them if you havent been completely sold on bigger retailer jewelers!

5 /5 Todd Rylands: Difficult story to share but short version as follows. Lost my very best friend during covid. One of the most important requests ever made was that I take care of his daughter. At the time she had been dating a very nice gentleman which Alan was blessed to have met and approved. Since his passing, his daughter is now getting married to the same great guy. I had a very unique request of Bay Hill Jewelers. In my possession was his wedding band. I wanted to surprise his daughter by having this melted down and to create both his and hers wedding rings so she could carry a little piece of her father forever. I wouldnt have trusted this scope of custom metallurgic work to any other jewelry professional. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but went more than the extra mile to make this very emotional experience into an absolute blessing. I would recommend Bay Hill Jewelers to anyone that expects 5 star service and merchandise. They will celebrate whatever reason brings you to their amazing shop with the amazing employees. Wish I could leave more than a 5 star review. Forever thankful and will always have repeat business from myself.

2 /5 Hillary Simpson: After many personal recommendations to come here, I was really disappointed. A charm came off of my gold anklet and asked them to reattach it. A month goes by and they did. I wore it for 4 days and then the charm came off again. Took it back for them to fix (at a cost of course) and after another month, they put it back on and left the loop where the charm was originally attached empty! Seriously?! Sloppy work.
