1 /5 GLITZ GLITTER: Horrible customer service. I walked in looking for a specific ring, and immediately was greeted with an attitude. The lady with the blonde hair and black glasses was so rude. Even my children were in shock. Completely disregarded what I was looking for and just said No we don’t have that before I was even able to explain what I was looking for and walked away to talk to her other coworkers. I do not recommend this place. I walked out speechless.

5 /5 cara: I had the best experience here yesterday with Victoria! I came in because I ordered my bracelet online and wasn’t sure if the sizing was right. Victoria was incredibly friendly and personable and I ended up buying new charms. She helped me style my charm bracelet and went above and beyond. I can’t wait to come back!

1 /5 Jennifer Robinson: Went 2 weeks ago younger ladies were extremely nice and professional when I had to replace my bracelet. I came back in past weekend to look for a few new beads to add to it. I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted would just know when I saw them. The older lady who helped me was extremely rude, snarky, just horrible attitude, rolled her eyes, horrid body language . She acted like I was beneath her. Said stuff loud and rude so store could hear. She said my bracelet was dirty but my jewler had just cleaned it. I think it was a dig to humiliate me? She told me to stop sleeping in it but funny thing is I dont. I could go on and on.. I was not impressed. I am very disappointed. If I ever go back I will refuse her helping me. I bought the 2 spacer beads I liked and left. She should do better! I could of purchased more but at that point I just wanted to leave store.

1 /5 BuddhaHaze: The older saleswomen with glasses should not be working there. Horrible service. No smile telling us what to buy, telling us we have to take the bracelet off everyday. We’ve had it for a year and is in perfect condition. not encouraging us to buy what we we wanted to look at. Then we chose one and she didn’t even say good choice . Didn’t want to show us any charms made us tell her specifically what we wanted. You come into a store to browse and not be gatekeept on whatyou can look at. Was ready to buy a gift for my wife but made the whole experience awful.

1 /5 M: I had a horrible experience today at the Pandora in the Treasure Coast Mall with Jennifer one of the workers there. She literally got upset because I wanted to see how the charms I picked out looked on another bracelet. She literally left me unattended to go talk about me to the other worker there. Both of them were laughing then all of a sudden Jennifer started slamming a cabinet and making a loud sound also dropping something on the floor and getting upset. It scared me and my daughter who was there with me. They laugh at people talk about people in the store. Jennifer obviously has a aggression problem to walk away and have a discussion of a customer who is spending over 500.00 dollars in that store is absurd to me. She needs to be replaced with someone worthy of that position. All these bad reviews on her and she still working there says a lot of that store PANDORA. My first and last time EVER visiting pandora again.
