Mary Black I cannot say enough good things about Sam. My partner took me to our first meeting with my grandmother’s gold ring and we told him we wanted to turn it into our engagement / wedding ring. I explained my preferences, likes, and dislikes but I wasn’t really sure exactly what I wanted. He showed me a lot of options and then he designed the first 2 images. The final product is the 3 images below. We are so glad we chose him for such a meaningful and timeless piece. I LOVE my ring. Thank you so much Sam for your kindness work art and skill. bloodslash90 Quite white-glove service here! I sent in a Waltham thats about 125 years old after looking around all over town and finding nobody who would even want to touch it. The guy took it, quoted me 10 days, and it was done in precisely 10 days at an affordable $220. Its running like a top now and came back to me in a nice, cushy little box. Now well see if I can get another 125 years out of it! If you need real *watch work* done and not just a battery swap, dont bother looking anywhere else but here. This is the only guy in Ocala that will do it. ADDENDUM: Around a week or so after the initial repair, the minute hand fell off the dial which to my understanding was not his fault. Being that it was made while Queen Victoria was still on the throne, it had come loose due to either use, age, or both. Either way, **he fixed it for me while I waited in the span of 5 minutes at no charge.** This guy has a ONE YEAR warranty on his repair jobs and he does good work.

Dawn Productions Royalty Fine Jewelers is an excellent Jewelry Store! Andy and Eileen are very personable and friendly. They are super helpful and even though it is a small store they have so many rings and watches to choose from! Today I bought a watch for myself and Andy took out a few extra links so that I could wear it immediately. We also bought a ring that he is customizing for my daughter. Last year he did an appraisal for a family heirloom (a ring). We will definitely be using them again!
