Rachel Loomis We were in town on vacation, and just happened to stop in their store, and I am soooo thankful we did! I have never felt more welcome at a jewlry store! His daughter let us try on many rings (there were 4 of us) and was so helpful! I felt bad that she had to take out so many rings, but she did it with a smile on her face and kept telling us it was no problem, when we kept apologizing ;). I found the PERFECT ring guard for my 28 year old wedding ring, my daughter got 3 rings, my sister in law got 2, and my sons girlfriend got 3 rings! They are all so beautiful and unique! Mr. Weldon just talked to us like we were family. They were so sweet and welcoming and so helpful, I "may" have given both of them hugs before we left. HIGHLY recommend just stopping in to browse their beautiful new and "previously loved", and antique jewelry!!

bryan granda I’ve been a Customer for over 10 years and have never came across any issue with Orogold, they have the best prices especially Cuban Links since they’re made in house and as far as repairs they leave every piece looking brand new.

Lauree Harrison LOVE this store! The staff is so personable, knowledgeable and professional with a great selection of products! Originally went into the store to have my rings checked and cleaned as I felt some of the prongs were loose. Roy greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and not only did he make me feel welcome, he listened to my concerns - you dont find that in most places! I have already received one of my rings back and I must say, it looks and shines exactly the way it did 16 years ago! In addition, I was looking for some new pieces for an upcoming event. Not only did Roy guide me and show me all sorts of options, Jessica came over to add some additional support and another perspective. Both of them were extremely patient and even excited to help put the ensemble together for me. When I returned to the store to pick up some items, Roy was helping another customer and Christina immediately came to work with me so I didnt have to wait. Her ideas and knowledge, along with Roy and Jessicas guidance and support, were over the top. I cant wait to be able to wear my "daily rings", but to feel like a million dollars in the future with the choices they helped me with. (Trust me, Im not a fancy, big spender, but they all made me feel like I was the most important client they had that day!) Jay, congratulations on putting together such a wonderful team. I will definitely be back for normal cleaning services and for any future jewelry needs. You guys are the best!

I came in with a general idea (based on her input) and some scattered thoughts, and Kevin somehow managed to turn all that into something better than I ever imagined. From the start, he nailed the stone selection. It hit every mark I was looking for. But the setting is what really blew me away. I’m not sure I ever clearly articulated what I was envisioning, but Kevin understood it anyway. His attention to detail and ability to read between the lines during our calls was seriously impressive. She loves it, and the compliments haven’t stopped since she started wearing it. It’s elegant, subtle, and completely her. Kevin took a half-formed vision and turned it into something timeless, something that feels like it was always meant to be hers.
