allen hernon Long time coming on this review. I have never been treated better when purchasing jewelry from here. First time I came in board shorts and a tank top which brings a lot of judgmental eyes in most shops in the area. They treated me with the most respect and worked out a way to get the perfect engagement ring for my now wife. A few months later I come in for something for my mom they say hello to me by name. A few years later I go to buy a 1775 fleet coin and they are so knowledgeable and honest about the coins. There is no other jeweler in Vero who treats people like this. If you’re shopping around you will always end here as the best.

She was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the ongoing promotions and products available. I was a indecisive on what other items I wanted to purchase, but she was patient and assisted me in finding the perfect products. I had the most pleasant experience due to her assistance. Andres Perez I found out about this place through Instagram, I browsed through their videos and website. I wasnt to sure how to go about this just because I can honestly say I have never purchased anything online. I saw something I liked and I took my chances on it, not knowing the outcome. Well I can say that I am very pleased with my purchase and the help I received over the phone through txt and email. They didnt have the piece I wanted originally in stock anymore they sold out but got me something very similar and made sure it was ok with me before they shipped out! I recieved my piece in two business days after purchase was processed just like they said. Not sure who I dealt with exactly but I can say they were great. Thank you guys for all the help and making sure that I would be happy with my alternative. I will be making more future purchases with you!

Kyle Stumpff Very wonderful experience, I bought a gorgeous necklace and ring from here. I noticed the chain on the necklace I bought was too short though so I came back and they gave me a linger chain at no extra charge! Very wonderful and nice employee. Definitely check it out sometime.
