The building is organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. Clean restrooms. Great place to wander and find great treasures!

She was devastated when she accidentally broke the necklace, but after we collected the pendant and as many beads as possible, Dina generously offered to restring the necklace for us, replacing the missing beads. He is friendly, reliable and warm with his customers. He also explained what he was doing with the jewelry as he was doing it which was entertaining. He fixed one of my items right when I walked in and the other item only took a couple hours. Then he cleaned both items and they both look incredible, like new! Photos don’t do the jewelry justice! Highly recommend Paul for any jewelry repairs and beyond.
