Francesca Marciani I cyber-stalked this store online before my vacation to PCB, and headed in as soon as they opened their doors two days ago. Given that their social media accounts showed only glimpses of what they offer, I was surprised (in the best way) to see the big range of designs they had! Savannah (my apologies if I misspelled her name) was extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I could tell that she genuinely loves her job. She patiently waited while I hemmed and hawed over various pieces, before I finally settled on a fishhook pendant that I’ve worn every day since. Gorgeous designs, huge selection. I’d be happy to come back one day!

Angel Elza Had a great experience coming into Lolli’s shortly after they opened on a Wednesday morning to have my engagement ring resized. Jeff was kind and very knowledgeable about the stones and metal type, even explained the process to me. He was able to give me a quote and had it done for me by the end of business day! Great work. Alkire Joey “justjoey” Where do I start after a decade of purchases. Dan Friedrich and his team of staff at Zales. Have been absolutely outstanding in building our collection over the decade. Have we purchased elsewhere, yes. Has our experience been comparable, not even close. Never once have we had an issue. Prices have always been fair, service care and warranty have been top shelf. If Dan isn’t there, his selection in his staff is just as good as the next piece for your collection. Keep up the great work. We are life-timers.
