Milkshake I guess no one know what they talk in the store. I called for return and asked if I need a physical card or not. The lady said You DON’T need it. just talked about 30 days policy. When i go there, the manager said you need the card. I mentioned the phone call. This is what all of them told me; You did not talk to me. Okay so who I talked to??? a ghost or what??
