Carroll’s is a family owned business and has been in business almost 100 years! Prices are very reasonable and their large store is well merchandised but what makes the shopping experience at Carroll’s so special are the people and the customer service they provide. Bill, Luke, Bob, Susie and the rest of the team will take great care of you…I’ve shopped there for 15 years and they always are friendly, helpful, courteous and professional!

5 /5 Gwin Tate: Ive done business with Carrolls starting at their Coral Gables location in 1998, and have continued to be a regular customer at their Las Olas location. Although I now live in Tennessee, whenever I need a jewelry repair, wish to purchase an estate piece, or have a piece of jewelry custom made, I fly to Florida for the day and work with the staff of Carrolls Jewelers to get what I want. Their expert work and honest advice has always been appreciated. Im fortunate to give them my business, while at the same time, they dont give me "the business". Customer satisfaction is their main priority, and they are never satisfied until I am. Now that Im retired, I dont wear jewelry as much as I did, but when needed, I know Carrolls is there for me, and Ill continue to be a dedicated customer. Great service, selection, and the most wonderful staff!

They purchased some jewelry from us, and we then purchased jewelry from Carroll’s that was more to our taste today. The transactions were explained every step of the way. They offer a wide range of unique vintage/heritage pieces along with more modern styles and settings. It is a beautiful store full of patient, kind, and very knowledgeable professionals. Their attention to detail and quality of work is top notch. You can tell this family-owned business has been around forever, and for good reason. John has always taken great care of me and my watches—he’s trustworthy, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond. I wouldn’t take my watches anywhere else.
