Reed My recent visit to Kempfs Jewelers was truly outstanding, and I cant recommend them highly enough. I initially stopped by to inquire about a few Rolex models for my family and myself. From the moment my father and I stepped inside, I was impressed by the immaculate store and welcoming atmosphere. We were immediately greeted by Aly, who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely warm. There wasnt a hint of pretentiousness, which, unfortunately, can be rare at some luxury watch retailers. Aly was remarkably patient, taking the time to answer all my questions about various models and how they would suit our wrists. She clearly understood how to guide without pushing, making the experience truly enjoyable. While they didnt have the exact models I was looking for in stock, Aly promptly added me to their waitlist. What truly set this visit apart was an unexpected discovery: a stunning, pre-owned two-tone Rolex Submariner "The Bluesy" in one of their display cases. I hadnt planned on purchasing one, and honestly, online pictures dont do this watch justice! I was genuinely surprised that Kempfs had priced this lightly used, near-new watch so fairly—a stark contrast to the inflated prices often seen elsewhere. It was in pristine condition, practically brand new despite being a few months old, and came with all its original box, tags, and paperwork. It was such an incredible find that I simply couldnt pass it up! Im absolutely thrilled with this impromptu purchase and have zero regrets. Beyond the fantastic "steal," the exceptional customer service from Aly was the true closer. Her professional, kind, and attentive approach made all the difference. Its a breath of fresh air compared to how Ive been treated at other authorized Rolex dealers. Im so fortunate that my family and I live close to such a remarkable jeweler. Kempfs Jewelers not only offers an outstanding selection of fine jewelry but, most importantly, provides unparalleled customer service. Ive already recommended them to several friends and family members, and I wholeheartedly encourage anyone looking for fine jewelry to shop with them. The folks at Kempfs Jewelers are truly top-notch! Dawn Productions Royalty Fine Jewelers is an excellent Jewelry Store! Andy and Eileen are very personable and friendly. They are super helpful and even though it is a small store they have so many rings and watches to choose from! Today I bought a watch for myself and Andy took out a few extra links so that I could wear it immediately. We also bought a ring that he is customizing for my daughter. Last year he did an appraisal for a family heirloom (a ring). We will definitely be using them again!

Tim Keeports We had a wonderful experience, bringing in a wide range of gold and silver coins, old jewelry, and collectible coins for evaluation. The staff was top-notch and spent an hour plus with us reviewing the items and giving us both a fair price, as well as education on what to do with the items which had no value. These will now be donated to a local youth group. Thanks again!!!

Mohammad Salam My metal frame glasses were messed up and I called to see if it could be fixed. He was very polite, spoke both English and Spanish fluently and said to stop on by. He gave me a price and called me when it was done. The glasses were good as new and I was incredibly happy with the work and service I saw from this jewelry shop. Would highly recommend. He only takes cash though so just a heads up to grab some cash before heading there. (Totally worth a stop by the atm beforehand).

Danny Felix Had an awesome experience with Amaru and his team. Went in to have my Rolex repaired (bezel came off) and he had it taken care of next day with no issues. Called to give me updates and even sent me out with a watch box. Will be back. Thanks for the great customer service.
