Sales Professional Alia helped me with all of my thoughts, ideas and answered all of my specific questions with ease. She was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. We discussed design, size and price and began the order for my custom ring. Steven Burroughs I purchased a rocking chair cushion online for $27 plus shipping of $8.95. We received the cushion and it was very uncomfortable, so we returned it today. I received a refund of $27 and was informed that the shipping is "generally not returned". I chose not to challenge the statement, "generally not returned". I lost 33% of the purchase price when this was not refunded. One of the online managers ask me to call customer service and my $8.95 was refunded. Thank you for doing that as my faith has been restored in JC Penneys!
