Brie Gwaltney I visited Vincent today and he is absolutely wonderful. I had a locket that holds my dads ashes and the locket wont stay closed. He fixed it right there while I waited. And made sure it would stay closed for me stating he wouldnt want me to lose the ashes and the sentimental things mean alot to him. I was having a difficult day and visiting him today and how very nice he was really reminded me that there are truly nice and caring people out there still. I am so very grateful that I met Vincent and he did this repair for me. His shop is cozy and he makes you feel right at home. I will be back very soon as I have a few more things to fix. Thank you so much Vincent!!

Brent Hamilton I had batteries replaced in two of my watches today, and the service was quick, friendly and professional. I stopped at another jeweler in the mall on the way to Elite, and the other jeweler said that they couldnt work on the kind of watches I had. Note that they have moved to an island-type booth near Victorias Secret and Ross Dress for Less.

Luli McArthur It’s a rare thing these days to find a place that not only gives you excellent service but also actually remembers their customers!! Hard to believe but true. This jewelry shop has a wonderful selection and what you can’t find there they will find for you in their catalogs. Their prices are fair and their quality is excellent. A small business that harks back to the old days of customer service and integrity. I highly recommend them.
