Jos Voltage Bar at The Florida Mall – 10/10 Experience! We celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday at Voltage Bar, and everything was amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. A special touch was seeing my daughter’s name on the screen, which made the experience even more personal. Mercedes did our permanent jewelry, and she was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. We had such a wonderful time, and I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience!

Kristina Polak Went in to resize my engagement ring from a 7 to a 5.75. I was completely amazed at how affordable & quick the process was! I dropped my ring off and went back an hour later to pick it up. Very happy with the results and will definitely be using them again in the future. B S Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future.
