Steven Burroughs I purchased a rocking chair cushion online for $27 plus shipping of $8.95. We received the cushion and it was very uncomfortable, so we returned it today. I received a refund of $27 and was informed that the shipping is "generally not returned". I chose not to challenge the statement, "generally not returned". I lost 33% of the purchase price when this was not refunded. One of the online managers ask me to call customer service and my $8.95 was refunded. Thank you for doing that as my faith has been restored in JC Penneys!

Her straight forward candor, brilliant inventory and exceptional knowledge about precious gems are why I will be a client for life. I’ve purchased multiple pieces from this shop for myself and as lovely gifts. I’ve sent family here and they’ve found timeless heirloom pieces to add to their own collection. Hot Wired This is a great store to stop in to pick up some jewelry trinkets to take home all for $10 each or on sale for $5 if you find it. Be sure to ask for one of their cards as if it gets punched 10 times. When you purchase 10 items you get a free item! The staff here was absolutely wonderful. Extremely friendly and glad to help you. We will be back! Stop in today and tell them that I sent you.

Ana Rodriguez Absolutely stunning crystal shop, has everything I could want and more. Even the items they display the crystals on are for sale and usually handmade, like the stunning driftwood with brass stands that display crystal balls. The owners of the shop are extremely kind and knowable and are just all around good people. The shop itself even has cute photo opportunities such as a flower wall with wide wings made of real crystals. I honestly felt lighter after just spending a few moments (more like an hour) browsing their wide selection of stones. Beautiful location as well, we stumbled across the shop after a few drinks at a near by bar and I was just drawn to it. 10/10 would recommend visiting, even if it is just for a look.
