Honest Jew These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient

This is jewlery that we as woman have been looking for!! afforable and so many options. The first bracelet I ever had lasted me four years before i lost it but lost in PERFECT condition. Irene Read I’ve been going to Zak’s for over 40 years. They have designed rings, earrings and repaired my jewelry throughout the years. I love Diane who always seems to be there when I go in. Beautiful showroom with new and some estate or previously owned pieces. It’s my go to place for all my jewelry needs. I highly recommend. Please be patient as showroom does get very busy.
