NUR JIMENEZ I have known Matt and his son Trevor for a number of years now since they were at their West Palm location. Sad to see them go as they were only a couple of miles away from me but, I still would travel to have my repairs done. That tells you that they are trust worthy! Nathalie H I love this little boutique! I reached out for assistance with getting my Sorrelli jewelry repaired, and someone responded to me several times during the holiday weekend. This person went a step further and contacted Sorrelli on my behalf, which facilitated the repair process. Good customer service is somewhat of a lost art in these modern times, so its refreshing when someone goes out of their way to be of assistance.
