I was hesitant about the piercing I was getting, but Moss was very knowledgeable and talked me through the different jewelry options so that I would be satisfied with the result. They were very kind and explained every step thoroughly so that I was prepared for my piercing, which I now love! The shop overall has a comfortable atmosphere, and was very clean. I was helped almost immediately when I walked in. Highly recommend!

I have brought two items to them for repair/re-stringing pearls and both times they have presented creative solutions and quality, and frankly stunning, work. In addition to that, their staff could not be more pleasant and friendly! The pricing is very reasonable.
