Deanna Butts I was a little afraid of shopping online for an upgrade to my engagement ring, but Venazia was awesome. My person, Nathalie, was extremely helpful and kept me updated the entire time. I designed my own ring and Nathalie helped me thru the design process and sent me mock ups. The fit was perfect and the outcome was perfect! I absolutely loved the rings!! Thank you, Nathalie!! Update - I’ve lost some weight and I needed my ring to be resided by a quarter size. While at that, I wanted a few changes to the ring after living in it for a few months. Nathalie, once again, was amazing! She worked with me to get the perfect fit and make the little changes that I wanted to my ring. I cannot express gratification enough! Updated photos are attached!

Steven Schneider I met Marty for the first time and it was a delightful experience. He is very professional, honest, and accommodating. I do not have a lot of experience selling items like jewelry, gold, silver, etc. He explained things clearly and helped with my inexperience. Michael McCauley I took my TAG Heuer watch in because it had condensation inside of it. They fixed it up brand new and super quick plus the price was unbelievably low. They make all their jewelry there in the store and have some amazing pieces. I’ll be back for future jewelry repairs and hopefully purchases soon!
