Richard Bambridge I have an onyx ring that was given to me as a first year anniversary present from my wife many years ago, so its sentimental value is way more than its monetary value. Over the years it has worn seriously thin so I wanted to get it repaired. We took it to our usual jewelry store that quoted a totally disproportionate amount to fix it. I checked out some local recommendations and ended up at Express Jewelry and Hector fixed it, made it look like new all within 30 minutes, at a much better price. See attached photos. I recently had diamonds replaced in jewelry and the clarity of the replacements was impeccable. I buy jewelry often and don’t purchase without having things tested. Nothing I have ever gotten from here has been fake. They always clean my jewelry and I leave sparkling.

Joseph Busacco I recently came in to have my grandfathers gold cross pendant fitted to go on my gold necklace, When I came in i needed it fitted within 48 hours of dropping its off and Joan and Dianne took wonderful care of me. We originally agreed the most cost effective route was to add an O ring to make it fit instead of paying for a new bale. As I came in to pick up my pendant today, they were able to enlarge my bale to make it fit perfectly while maintaining the original beauty of the piece for the same cost. Wonderful service and extremely efficient on short notice. I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family!
