Everyone at Bri’s was very welcoming I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they immediately began helping me with removing some links from a watch I recently bought from an online vendor/builder. After a close look some of the adjustment screws were found to be mock and not an actual screw so the pins had to be tapped with a good bit of force to remove the links. They had the job done within 5-10 minutes and it was no normal link removal. I offered to pay double the rate because of the work and they still only charged me a single adjustment. I needed my platinum wedding rings resized and did not want to leave them with just anyone. They helped me immediately, sized my finger, told me the exact process to make the bands larger, and gave me the approximate price for the job. Even better, they gave me a 7-10 day turnaround. Well, in just 7 days flat (and on my birthday to boot), they had my rings ready and looking like they did over 20 years ago! The price was exactly as quoted and was reasonable for the job, especially since they had to add platinum to all 3 rings. Will definitely be back for all my jewelry and watch needs!
