Jack Furlong I was very impressed with the amount of styles and offering that were in Earthbound. They have plenty of dresses, shirts, gemstones, and all kinds of jewelry. The cashier was very friendly and made the store very inviting. I am very pleased with the two shirts I got there. This is a dangerous place to go to if you because you definitely will end up finding something to buy! But that’s a good problem to have, thanks!

Brea Meltzer Jason was extremely helpful and we’re very pleased with his assistance! He helped us with exactly what we needed and showed us all of the options we asked for. He was a great guide in helping me decide what color ring I wanted. I 100% recommend going to see him if you need any help with engagement rings. I brought in a pendant passed down to me from my mother, and they transformed it into a stunning diamond band to celebrate the arrival of my newborn son. Ruth Janvier This jewelry store is absolutely incredible! If I’ve known about this place a few years back, I would’ve save myself money and some financial ripoff from other jewelry stores. So, I came to this store looking for a watch for my parents for the holidays. A worker named James was so helpful. He had a very kind and welcoming personality. Not only was I able to find a great deal for the watch that I came in for but I left purchasing two watches for literally an affordable price that I didn’t even think I would get. You definitely cannot go anywhere else and get service like this and a bargain out of this world. There’s also a variety of jewelry for everyone. I love it here!!!! Ten out of ten would recommend this store to a friend and I will definitely be back.

Jeff Pinar This Brighton Store in the Outlet Mall always has some deeply discounted premium jewelry, purses and bags If you are visiting St Augustine, this is a must stop for quality gifts and presents for everyone on your shopping list. Many other outlet stores carry inferior products for their specials, never here. All the sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful Brighton girls! Love this store!

Lisa Moscarello I shopped yesterday. The staff members were friendly, but we’re slow to greet me. There were two associates and I realized they had customers but felt they should’ve greeted me right away. The transactions were taking a bit of time with the customers that were being waited on when another customer came in who I overheard say she was there earlier to have a ring cleaned. I was not present at that time. The conversation proceeded with the other customer getting loud and obnoxious, stating that the ring she brought in to be cleaned, was returned bent. She then went on to say that the ring was two years old and missing one of the two stones. It seemed like she was trying to get a free piece of jewelry. The Associates then attempted to help her when they were finished with their customers. A security guard overheard and came in the store and then sent the head security guard from the mall in. The customer seemed to have mental health issues because she was talking to herself the majority of the time and being very rude to the staff members. They did their best to defuse the situation. This customer finally left stating she was going to contact their corporate office and complain. I’m not really sure what she wanted, but I was glad that she left. I was in search of the Pandora keychain. The associate was having difficulty finding it because she wasn’t quite sure what it was. She did find the bag clip that you would hang from your purse while my Internet was trying to load, so I could show her which piece I was looking for. We finally were able to identify the piece online and then she located it and I purchased it and I’m very happy. I appreciated the professionalism of the employees in the store. Alana, was the sales lead in charge I was happy to get the Pandora piece that I was looking for. Breanna, the sales associate put it in a nice little box after she wrapped it in tissue paper she asked if I would like a bag, but I declined because it was small enough to fit in my little purse.

MoonlitVoz Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I brought in a gold necklace and a watch for service, and they completely mishandled both items. They switched out pieces of my gold necklace without telling me and returned it in a different condition than I left it. On top of that, they broke my watch during the process. When I confronted them about the issues, they refused to take responsibility. They offered no refund or compensation for the necklace, and were rude and dismissive when I asked for a resolution. I expected professionalism and honesty, but got the complete opposite. I do not recommend this business to anyone. If you value your jewelry and want fair treatment, take your items elsewhere!

Monica R My son wanted to visit this store, because of some of their pictures on their website. He collects rare coins and Pokemon cards.....and he was very pleased and happy about this entire store. Everyone was very nice and patient with him. He found exactly what he was looking for and the section with the cards even sent him home with a little gift. Thank you very much for making our visit extra special. I wish we lived closer, we would definitely be regulars. I highly recommend this store!
