5 /5 Lauren C. Cutter: My sister, her two young daughters and myself all had piercings today at the Pensacola (Cordova Mall) location. We had the best experience!! The girls are 5 & 3 years old. They were very nervous but Amanda & Jude made everything better!!! They were able to pierce of the girls ears at the same time to minimize the pain & that was a blessing!! Not sure we would have been successful doing one ear at a time, haha!! So a HUGE thank you and shout out to AMANDA & JUDE!!! Thanks so much!!! ❤️

It was her first ear piercing, she was scared and nervous, he took the extra time explaining everything he was doing and made her feel very comfortable. Not only do u get the cleaning solution you get an donut pillow to sleep on. Shes so happy. Thank you Cody!

1 /5 L W: Deceptive pricing and horrible customer service!! I had a frustrating experience at this store due to misleading pricing and poor customer service. I purchased earrings that were clearly marked as clearance items, only to be charged full price at checkout. When I called the store manager for assistance, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of addressing the issue, she insisted the items likely weren’t on clearance anyways—despite the visible stickers—then casually told me I couldn’t return them because they were earrings. The only reason I bought these earrings was the advertised discount, and I feel completely misled. I spent over $60 at this store, but I will be returning everything I can and taking my business elsewhere. I refuse to support a company that engages in deceptive pricing and refuses to stand behind its own price tags

1 /5 Natasha Ramos: This happened on 2/23/2025 around 3:45pm. I wish I could rate a 0. Horrible customer service. My daughter and I was looking for rings and couldn’t locate so I asked a worker. The African American little girl with fake braids or twist in her hair rolled her eyes and said it’s over here and didn’t offer a basket. I told my daughter let’s go cause i definitely don’t spend my money in locations that would allow someone like that to work there. Don’t waste your money there. Shop elsewhere. We went to Claire’s and spectacular customer service as usual.

5 /5 Christina Smith: Amazing service! I took my daughter there to get her ears pierced and they were so patient with her. She was so nervous and they took their time with her. Josiah helped answer all my questions. I am so glad we went here over Claires.
