Normally when I visit the store, the manager treats me and other customers like trash with no respect or dignity. This young man is a true leader, and a the staff looked happy and confident working beside him. It was the first time in months that I saw the store and its employees so positive, I truly enjoyed shopping there today, I made my purchase and actually returned in the afternoon and made a second purchase. Thank you for the outstanding service. Please keep this young man in charge.

DiJ Ana My boyfriend took me here to get my necklaces fixed because he used to come here with his mom and grandma as a kid. They did a wonderful job repairing my chains. On a separate occasion my bf took my chain to get fixed but the power was out so card payment couldnt be received. Patrick fixed it and didnt even charge him! For my boyfriends 40th birthday I decided to buy him a gold chain from his childhood jewler. I found the perfect one with their help. I had my Rottweiler deliver his chain on his chain. It was a super special gift and he absolutely loves it and where it came from.

John This is not a pawn shop like you think. You look at the location, the name, the bars on the windows and think, this place is gonna smell like cigarette smoke and be crusty like its out of a bad 1980s movie. THIS IS NOT THAT AT ALL. Their shop is incredibly clean and organized, the staff were FANTASTIC, upbeat, and eager to chat. Their assistance was TOP NOTCH, and they had no qualms about answering questions. Their Ammo prices are FANTASTIC, extremely competitive and I personally found better than big box stores. While their ammunition selection and firearms selection might not be what a dedicated gun shop has, its quite decent regardless and they do carry some odd ball stuff like 25 ACP and 38 Super Carry, in addition to 9mm, 10mm, and 45 ACP. This is a great place to find some deals, my experience easily reflects the 5 star rating I am giving them.

Barbara Allen Visiting the Lugano store in Ocala was one of the highlights of my weeklong trip. Of course the horses and the show were exciting but the Lugano store there was exceptional.
