Jackie Pankraz I couldn’t believe it - a jewelry store coming to you!!! That is what Melissa and Veronica did for us. Our friend wanted to join our girl gang Fope ring club so she called the store to inquire about the rings and the next thing you know we are having a home Fope party. Lisa got her ring and the rest of us got matching bracelets for our rings. It was quite the experience. Lots of fun. Thank you both for making our girls weekend a fabulous memory. Can’t wait to see you in October.

Milkshake I guess no one know what they talk in the store. I called for return and asked if I need a physical card or not. The lady said You DON’T need it. just talked about 30 days policy. When i go there, the manager said you need the card. I mentioned the phone call. This is what all of them told me; You did not talk to me. Okay so who I talked to??? a ghost or what?? Pandora just sucks

On top of their friendly personalities and superb craftsmanship, they communicated well, had a fast turnaround time for custom work, and even made my engagement ring shine beautifully.
