1 /5 Naby Sidibe: I wouldn’t recommend bringing your rings to get fixed here. I brought my ring in to be repaired because it was bent. My ring was put back together VERY sloppy. Prongs uneven, my hidden halo was crooked and when I brought it back to be repaired again the repair guy couldn’t even the inconsistencies in the ring.

5 /5 giuliano A: This place is awesome I brought a chain and pendant in to get repaired and then also I got a memorial pendant for my little brother they did the design and it was beyond amazing for my first pendant I absolutely love it they were very Nice and showed their condolences .I bought another chain And the jeweler custom made the length for me right there on the spot. They went beyond what I expected! I will definitely be getting my next chain from there and future custom jewelry

I had a few things done at Renees, but… I had a channel white Gold, sapphire, and diamond ring that I wanted to add a large sapphire on the top of it - I picked it up. I didn’t like the settings. It was not in the prong, but just a setting so Light switlied Around the sapphire, n lland. Also, they gave me a plastic bag crunched up and told me those were the extra diamonds and sapphires they took out! I have many pieces of jewelry and haven’t worn it about 6 months later, I took it back to have the The diamonds and sapphires put back in and DIAMONDS & SAPPHIRES THEY GAVE ME WERE NOT THE ONES THEY TOOK OUT FROM MY RING! These were tiny itty bitty! No way would fit into that ring! They refused to acknowledge their mistake or their thievery, but they stole the diamonds and sapphires from the ring And me tiny little dots! It would cost me hundreds of dollars to repair it to its original state! I wanted to get it back to the original state since my twin sister has the same ring or I wanted the sapphire to be reset! BE CAREFUL THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES, AND THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL! Every time I’ve They seem like they’re doing you a favor to wait on you. Collaborate together as they are family and they’re attitude is you are annoying them by interrupting their gossip.! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
