5 /5 Jennifer Russo: I walked in looking for the seashell ring and was disappointed that they sold out even online but Maria at this store found me one and i was so happy and thanked her a million times. She was so nice and sweet. I really appreciated this and everyone who greeted us at the door. Isabel at checkout was also so nice and i asked her to take a knot off my Kendra Scott necklace and she did it for me and helped me with checkout as well. She was very nice and attentive and loved how she took care of me as well. Definitely come and check out the beautiful jewelry they have at this store and there nice employees.

2 /5 Isabella De La Cruz: Everyone was nice and they made me a bracelet. But the only problem was that the lady that put the gems into my braclet bent the prongs crooked. I just dont enjoy paying the "Kendra Scott price" for a bracelet, for it to be done half way and having to fix it at home myself. Please train your staff to use a tool as simple as pliers.

5 /5 Stephanie Mclane: I came into this store with my daughter on her birthday a few weekends ago. The store was super crowded, packed and the staff was crazy busy! There was someone that greeted us and offered assistance right as we walked in. She was very pleasant helpful and guided us to someone that could assist my daughter with putting together her own personalized necklace. Once it was our turn, we were greeted by yet another friendly face at the Color Bar. She was extremely helpful and kind and even took the extra 30 seconds to wrap my daughters necklace like a gift. She felt special. It was very sweet and she took special and kind care of my daughter even though they were crazy busy! We will be back to get more Kendra!

1 /5 Dan Matthews: Purchased 3 Kendra Scott watch bands on the Kendra Scott website. Had to have a few links taken out of each one to fit. This store took care of two of them last week no problem. Drove 30 minutes today to get the last one adjusted and was told they are not doing it. The girl said she did one earlier that day and got reprimanded for doing it since they were busy. I guess after the sale it is screw you attitude time. Apparently they only make time for people looking to buy and not people that already have (i.e. repeat customers!) They then had the audacity to tell us any Kendra Scott store can do it and that we need to take it to one of them! Absolute waste of 1.5 hours of my life just because they did not want to be bothered with it. Horrible customer service! You have lost 9 female customers between me and my family. Great job!
