Natalia Novak STEVE was amazing! Such a great experience. I was on a very difficult timeline to repair expensive medical loupes and another office sent me to Bartons Jewelry. I really needed the repairs done same day. So instead of putting me in a position where I had to close my practice to wait for the repairs, Steve humbly got the job done using the best equipment and 30 years of experience. Cant say enough how appreciative I am. Thanks Steve.

Listen to my nonsense description and was able to decipher it and found the perfect jewelry that I was looking for for my wife at the perfect price. Shop local this place is great Btw. I was in a hoodie and t-shirt And was not shopping for really expensive jewelry. This is not a judgy place.

I can’t speak to pricing and the specs but no matter how many times I messaged them they were patient, responsive, and kind ! Javi has truly mastered the art of customer service. My fiance told me the ring came just in time for his proposal (we were going on vacation). Thank you all for an amazing experience. This was the exact opposite experience. Amanda was so patient and amazing with us. I didn’t know exactly what we wanted but she explained and provided expert advice and options to help us choose. It felt both personal and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience and are so thankful to her and the Tallahassee Diamond Center!
