DeAnne Carter 5 stars is NOT enough! Haley & her staff @ Hometown Jewelry & Loan are absolutely amazing! Haley is one of the most talented jewelry designers and I absolutely adore her. She helped my husband surprise me with a gorgeous custom made 5 carat diamond ring as a “15 year upgrade” from my original wedding set & it is the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen! The sentiment and meaning behind every single detail in this ring is just perfection! I was a huge fan of Haley & HJL before & had several pieces from them, but now they’re stuck with me for good! Timothy Zito I just had a 3-hour large-scale tattoo done by Kelly, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. I have very sensitive skin due to an autoimmune disorder, and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and cared for every step of the way. She took the time to understand my skin sensitivities and adjusted her approach to accommodate them, which I’ve never experienced at any other shop. She also gave me clear, thoughtful aftercare instructions tailored specifically to my skin type. The fact that I could purchase the exact soap and healing creams she recommended directly from the shop was a huge bonus—super convenient and no guesswork. The shop itself has a really chill, friendly atmosphere. It’s an open-floor concept, which somehow makes it feel both laid-back and professional at the same time. They offer snacks and drinks, which came in handy during a long session. The entire team there is welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. My tattoo turned out even better than I imagined, and it’s healing beautifully thanks to Kelly’s expert care. I’ll absolutely be back for more work and can’t recommend Kelly—and the whole shop—highly enough. If you have sensitive skin or just want an artist who genuinely cares, she’s the one.

K S Jennifer and Aaron completed another beautiful custom heirloom piece that exceeded our expectations.  Elements has made several pieces for us and every time we are amazed at Jennifers ability to capture our vision and Aarons attention to detail in each piece of jewelry. This crucifix is more than a pendant -- its a memorial , an heirloom, several generations of gold and stones. Thank you for touching our hearts with your kindness and expertise, once again.

A Jones Jaleen is amazing, very friendly and easy to approach. Top notch customer service and product knowledge. I came into the store and was immediately assisted. I had pics and a general idea of what I wanted to buy and she immediately knew the location of every item in the stores inventory, saved me so much time as I normally just wander aimlessly thru the store, get frustrated, and dont buy anything. Jaleen not only assisted me with finding, picking, and purchasing the perfect Valentines Day gift for my friend, she also introduced me to the engraving and boxing service I previously did not know existed. I usually decline up services but her sales pitch was perfect and made so much sense I would have been a fool to decline. Jaleen saved me so much time and was such a breathe of fresh air that I telling all of my family and friends to shop at this location. Thank you Jaleen and the management staff that obviously encourages her to provide such wonderful customer service.

Taylor Menne I brought my Papa’s watch in after finding it clearing out my Mimi’s house after she passed earlier this year. I was very close with my Papa and thought it would be so special to have his watch in working order again so I could wear it for myself. There was some wear/erosion from him wearing it often. Boggs brought it back to life! From start to finish the whole experience was so nice. Laura was the sweetest and most gentle in understanding how special this piece was to me. I can’t thank Laura and the watch repair specialist (sorry I didn’t get his name!) enough for taking such delicate care of my Papa’s watch and restoring it so I can wear it in his memory. Thank you so much Boggs!

Kristen Andreason I can’t say enough about this place!! My husband and I recently be located from up north to Florida. I had a jeweler up north that I trusted, and when I moved to Florida, I was very nervous Who could I trust who would do a good job? My neighbor recommended The Jewelry Store and let me tell you Tony is absolutely amazing. He’s also from up and north so very easy to deal and so kind but yet to the point !! He’s extremely talented as well . I wanted to change my wedding band to an insert. I picked out the sample piece and he molded it exactly like the sample. They are reasonably priced too, no BS!!! . He is a true master jeweler. Thank you again for making this girl happy . The staff is also so sweet!!

Jennifer M LPL Creations (Luisano Prato and her team of artists) is where BEADS meet fresh-water PEARLS and GEMS and become FINE JEWLERY. A couple of months ago I took a broken string of beads to her to fix for me, but what she did was amazing! They ELEVATED the beads to include small pearls and silver beads, and were able to create a long necklace, choker-style necklace and two earrings from what I took to them. I liked their artistry so much, I took them a very plain strand of Malachite beads we bought in Africa, and they again ELEVATED them with silver beads and gemstones. Since then, Ive bought a gift for a friend, and a gift for hubby to give me for my birthday. Stop by....youll be amazed!!
