5 /5 space charizard: Came in to get the band of my citizen dive watch repaired and the very helpful staff addressed and repaired the issue while I waited. I fully expected to have to drop it off and leave, but they went above and beyond. I was in the store for less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this business services to anyone who ask.

5 /5 Lions Den Lawn & Landscape: Very pleased with my first experience with Navarre Jewelry & Quartz Watch Repair. A family member of mine bought a watch for me and it was two links too big. I tried taking them out myself and started to think it was not possible and that I’d end up damaging the watch. I called this company and said I’d like to bring it by. They gave me a price over the phone and stuck with that when the work was complete. Took all of about 5 minutes, if that. Very pleased. Well-kept displays, friendly & knowledgeable people. Will definitely return if I need help with any jewelry repairs. -Daniel

1 /5 Jon Payne: I just looked to see if the owner replied to my 1 star review, which you can read. Yes, he did write a reply, but he lied in his reply. He stated this, " I was present with him and he did his job properly." I wont rehash the issue, but I will call the owner out for the lie. I was with a friend and neither of us even saw the owners face. He was in the back of the shop grinding or drilling on something. Never saw him look up or show his face. I did appreciate just about everything else he wrote in his reply, but since he told a bold face lie, I had to respond. He never came to the front where we were and I dont think he ever got out of his chair. His head was down working (which is completely normal and acceptable) and focused on whatever he was doing which sounded like a drill or small grinder. But then to say he was "present with him" is just a lie to protect the boy. Check my review history. I leave excellent reviews and mostly very positive. For lying to the reader, this guy deserves another 1 star review and the shame that comes with it!
