Charlene and Dawn have both been great. Very knowledgeable and great to work with. They also back up their products with great service. I would recommend them both!

Hikaru Akuhei Mr. Campbell and Mrs. Amparo are wonderful people. Extremely helpful and kind, and took time to show me the different products they offered. The selection of gold/silver/copper coins/bullion is impressive, and prices are fair. I felt that I got a good deal on impressive coins, and I will most certainly return!

Brittany Culbertson This shop has such great customer service! I went during my lunch break to drop off my daughter’s watch to be repaired, and they repaired it so quickly. I thought I’d just be dropping it off and coming back to get it but they got it working so quickly and for a great price! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Emma Ogden Me and my sisters-in-law & my MIL came to Cat at Alice & Chains two years ago for permanent bracelets and they have held up so wonderfully we all came back this year for permanent anklets! Her chains are long lasting and great quality, we’re obsessed! Cat does such a great job, she’s so kind and always has lots of options. Definitely recommend.

Sara Just Mireya worked with my husband for almost two years, on and off, to design the most amazing emerald and diamond earrings and pendant set for my 50th birthday. The emeralds are exquisite and I am amazed at how beautiful the set is every time I wear it. Even though it took him quite a bit of time to make a final decision and purchase, she was attentive, responsive and extraordinarily helpful in teaching him about emeralds and providing design ideas. We would highly recommend them to anyone that wanted high quality gems and fabulous service.
