Most recently, I worked with Alan, and he went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. We designed three rings together, and he created 3D resins so we could try them on before moving forward with the casting process, which was such a helpful step. We were also on a tight deadline for one of the rings, and Alan was able to have all three completed in time. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service was all outstanding.
