5 /5 Brittany Hubschman: I’ve worked with Matthew’s Jewelers in Plantation before, and they have always been wonderful to work with. Most recently, I worked with Alan, and he went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. We designed three rings together, and he created 3D resins so we could try them on before moving forward with the casting process, which was such a helpful step. We were also on a tight deadline for one of the rings, and Alan was able to have all three completed in time. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service was all outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the final pieces and the entire experience. Highly recommend Matthew’s Jewelers!

We bought a ring in St. Thomas and we were not sure if the quality was as they described and a stone had fallen out so we brought it to Matthews Jewelers and they looked at it for us. Alan was super helpful and educated us on the best steps to proceed. We will definitely be purchasing our jewelry from Matthews in the future and cant wait to go back. Throughout the process, he was very knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision and also helping me craft the perfect ring for my fiancé. Before speaking with Alan, I only had a vision of the ring Id like to craft, and he was able to execute it to perfection. He made this process very comfortable and easy on my end. I couldnt recommend him enough! We will definitely be coming back when it is time to pick our wedding bands as well.

5 /5 Carla Hoo: It is usually a little nerve wracking to find a jeweler to work on items which we hold dear. I have never been able to wear my engagement and wedding bands at the same time because they never fit together as the setting of the main stone on the former was too low. My solution was to wear them separately but when a baguette dislodged from my engagement ring, I decided to bite the bullet and have the adjustments made. Enter Matthews Jewelers. Susan was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and made some great suggestions to my very picky husband and me. The team was able to create a new setting for my engagement ring, raising the center stone to allow it to fit with my wedding band. I loved that I was able to see a CAD rendering first and then I was able to try on a 3D printed version before the ring was finally completed. It did take a few weeks but the finished product was well worth the wait - it is exactly what I wanted. My husband also had rhodium plating reapplied to his ring and he commented that it looks so good, he almost didnt recognize it. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Matthews. They are warm, friendly, courteous, professional and they do amazing work. My only regret is that it took me so long to visit. Thank you again!
